Brian Panebianco released a 13+ minutes amazing video filmed across a 7 month span, documenting the last days of Philly’s The Municipal Services Building. “The Final Plaza” is a sweet & bitter documentary starring Kevin Bilyeu, Chris Falo, Kevin Liedtke and the rest of the downtown crew.
